Finally, I got iPhone OS 3.0 running in my iPhone 3G (without S). And Apple has killed more than 200MB of my Starcell bandwitch, and took me one night to retrieve the software into my machine :p

Projects of Mobitel's cellcard mini-shops in the capital would be all finished within August of 2009. Morever, rumors of The Mobitel to be sold to another company are no more far from reality. My expectation to expand the projects into urban areas or in provinces has become unclear or even delayed, since no revision or approvals for the upcoming sites.
