Free style of dressing

In Cambodia everyone is free to dress. The way we dress reflects our own civilization and our country's. However, a scene of naked boy wandering in the streets not only gives bad images to the city(Phnom Penh) in tourists' eyes but also causes sometime troubles to the passengers.

On the other hand, I feel uneasy to look, since he has the same thing on his body as I do :p

  1. The boy might have been mentally challenged. Honestly speaking, this scene makes me feel sad. Our government need to set up more facilities and services for people in this category.
