The Cambodian government has issued a degree forcing the nation-wide motorcyclists to put "wing mirrors" and to wear "helmet" when joining the street. Unfortunately, I see the new law is poorly obeyed.

I find wearing helmet more stylish. If you use the Ninja helmet as mine, it'll prevent your face or eyes from the dirt...
I love to wear helmet. And i don't support the laws stated that only the rider must wear it. Indeed, it should be worn by all on the motorbike.
Yeah, I think so. Here, the one sitting behind without helmet is tolerable(maybe less risk at death when fall, hehe..). Moreover, in the night, there're even more without helmet :p
