Cambodian teens see wearing helmet unstylish??

sreThe Cambodian government has issued a degree forcing the nation-wide motorcyclists to put "wing mirrors" and to wear "helmet" when joining the street. Unfortunately, I see the new law is poorly obeyed.

The rich and the teens take high majority for those who break the law. They regard "having wing mirrors" or "wearing helmet" is something for the ones from countryside or for those whose is uncivilized or unfashionable. Sic!

  1. I find wearing helmet more stylish. If you use the Ninja helmet as mine, it'll prevent your face or eyes from the dirt...
    I love to wear helmet. And i don't support the laws stated that only the rider must wear it. Indeed, it should be worn by all on the motorbike.

  2. Yeah, I think so. Here, the one sitting behind without helmet is tolerable(maybe less risk at death when fall, hehe..). Moreover, in the night, there're even more without helmet :p
