Cambodian police hating helmet

Cambodian police no helmetIn addition to my last post about Cambodian teens seeing wearing helmet unstylist, now come to Khmer Polices (photo) who are always seen as role model for others in obeying the law.

In Cambodia, it's different. High-ranking officials, military personals, policemen take significant part in a group of people who break the law.

  1. The one who passes the law and himself breaks the law. That sucks for Cambodian society..That's why some laws have been passed and implemented uneffectively.

    Nice shot dude!!! I wish the helmet lawmakers saw that activity!!!
