Learning from heavy workloads

I'm facing a heavy workload these few days, and my brain almost got stuck for some minutes from the pressure. I always think I have relatively high experience to run smoothly a construction project. But I am completely wrong.

When joining a group of challenging and experience-rich environment and people, I find I am still far lagging behind, and have much more to learn from them, actually from my managing director.
