A dreamed villa?? With some modification, this's gonna be my first fully-managed building with two storeys and one basement. With a basement under ground I've never experienced with, it's gonna be a big challenge.

New family member

Today, 10h40AM, Aug 13rd 2009, my relatives welcome a new member to their family.

She's the first princess of my sister, Chenda, and also the second child of her after Pengly. No name given yet. We need to wait and see how she looks like, then find a name to suit her :p

Well, workloads ease as part of civil work at most sites completed or soon to be. I find, however, nothing to update my blog, since I don't know what to write about *hahaha...*

Alright, let's see what story and photos I'll share with you guyz here!

Mobitel expansion. Albeit a share to be acquired by the Royal Group its own, Mobitel is expanding it HQ to a building nearby and soon to put into operation.

Site inspection. For these days, I have mostly killed my time only with accompanying Mobitel guys for sites checking.

At Home Decor for tiles selection. Although a site under construction, not all materials were pre-selected and approved. Decor Gallery (a sub-contractor of mine) got nice perspectives showed to the Mobitel in order get contract, but don't ask them what materials used inside the house *Sic*

A simply nice fence. The fence looks simple but beautiful as it lets us easily see what on the other side. Of course, the villa is not bad. The owner somehow wants to show off how big and beautiful his/her house is :p

How to open and run a company?

To my idea:

1. Determine what field(s) you're going to invest in.
2. Find natural/unnatural/human resources or finance.
3. Stick yourself to "quality first" and be ready for risk.

Punch-list clearance

The Mobitel gave punch-list and asked us to clear within a period of time. But crazy subcontractor, Decor Gallery, drives me crazy. It's like "hide and seek" game. They are non-professional and unorganized. I swear I will never work with them again if I have rights to choosing a sub-con of decoration.
